The book is a study of the art of Aurelie Nemours, and features the catalogue raisonné of her paintings, pastels, collages and the public commissions she created for over half a century; it is accompanied by an important documentation. Aurelie Nemours’ researches on forms, structures and rhythm were a major contribution to Abstract Art. Her works are now present in the collections of major international museums. The scientific direction of the catalogue is ensured by Serge Lemoine, Professor Emeritus at the Sorbonne in Paris, who has accompanied the artist for several decades and succeeded in making her artworks recognized.
