The most comprehensive and significant repertory on Korean contemporary art and artists of the new generation continues. Founded in 2008 by Serenella and David Ciclitira (in collaboration with Standard Chartered and the Saatchi Gallery), Korean Eye is a philanthropic movement created to promote Korean contemporary art and emerging Korean artists internationally. Two years after the great success of Korean Eye1 (2010), this volume - published on the occasion of the 2012 exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery in London - presents the works of 74 of the most important emerging contemporary Korean artists, some already featured in the first volume, others presented for the first time: works (selected by Korean and international curators) ranging from painting to sculpture, photography and video.
